About Me

Hi, I’m Bailey!

I am a wife and mom of two.  My husband and I designed our home in 2020 and moved in in 2021.  Since the building process, I have been sharing our home on Instagram.  I love the community, all the design ideas and beautiful spaces that we get to see on social media. 

I was born in Austin, Texas; before landing in Northwest Arkansas (NWA) 20 years ago I moved around a lot with my family.  No matter if we only lived in an area for 1 year, my parents still built a home.  I think from those experiences while growing up is how building and designing planted its roots in me. 

In September 2020 I randomly decided to go looking for empty lots.  My husband and I had talked in passing about building again.  I stumbled upon the lot we live on now, thought it was perfect and within 3 hours it was ours.  May 2021 we moved into our custom home. 

If I am not trying to convince my husband to let me redecorate a space, I am chasing my 2 kids around, reading or baking sourdough.  Thank you for coming along on this journey!
